Welcome to Android Station. By accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Application.

1. Definitions

  • "Application" refers to the Android Station mobile software.
  • "User," "You," or "Your" means any person accessing or using the Application.
  • "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Android Station.

2. License to Use

Android Station grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Application;
  • Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or distribute the Application;
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Application;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Application.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws;
  • Transmit any harmful code or material that could damage the Application or other users' devices;
  • Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application;
  • Collect personal information of other users without their consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including text, graphics, and code, are owned by Android Station or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Android Station disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Android Station, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Android Station and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Application;
  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;
  • Your violation of any third party rights.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies of the Application in your possession.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Gujarat, India.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
